Both she and her husband Archibald were said to have been buried on their farm, known as the "Archibald Wills/Rule Farm."

She is the daughter of Ezekiel Huffman, who was the son of Dietrich "Teter" Huffman, who was the son of Johannes Henry Hoffman, who came to America and lived in Madison County, Virginia, near his brother John Huffman (Hoffman) and his wife Maria Sabina Folg.

She married ARCHIBALD BUCHANAN WILLS February 02, 1828 in Clay County, Missouri, the son of JAMES WILLS and LILLIAN BUCHANAN. He was born January 11, 1792 in Rutherford County, Tennessee, and died December 02, 1877 in Platte County, Missouri.

Archibald Wills was born on January 11, 1792 in Rutherford County, Tennessee. He was the oldest of at least five children born to James Wills and Lillian Ann Buchanan. In 1818, he came with his family to Missouri and settled in Clay County in 1822, where he became a schoolteacher. One of their neighbors was Ezekiel Huffman, and on February 28, 1828, Archibald Wills married Nancy Huffman, one of his pupils and a daughter of Ezekiel Huffman. They had ten children. He died December 2, 1877 in Platte County, Missouri, and records show that he was buried on the farm where he lived. His military records state that he was six feet tall with dark hair and skin and hazel eyes. He applied for Bounty Land and a pension. After his death, his widow, Nancy, received a Widow's pension of $12.00 per month until her death on the 25th of April, 1894. She is buried beside Archibald on the farm.
