OBITUARY.
The sudden and lamentable death of Miss Minnie Garvie, daughter of Mrs Margaret Garvie, Ferry Street, Maryborough, which occurred yesterday, removes from our midst a young lady of estimable character, one who by her genial disposition and sterling worth, endeared her to all with whom she came in contact. For many years she has managed one of Messrs. Finney Isles and Co. 's chief departments and was most highly thought of by the firm and beloved by the employees. The funeral will take place from her late residence, Ferry-street, at 2.30 o'clock this afternoon.
