Dale Frederick Payne, 44, of Stuart, FL, formerly of Warners, died Saturday, November 20, 2004 at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. He was born in Syracuse and lived in Warners most of his life. Dale graduated from West Genesee High School in 1978. He completed a course in Business Administration at OCC in 1986 and completed a special training course for hydraulic equipment maintenance in Byran, OH in 1982. Dale passed an FAA written exam and soloed single engine aircraft in 1995. He enjoyed golfing and skiing. He was employed with a large construction company and drove several kinds of equipment requiring a CDL license.

Survivors: his wife the former Deborah Robbins; his two year old son, Donovan; his parents James and Marjorie Payne of Stuart; two brothers, James (Michelle) of Lakeland and Mitchell (Judi) of Warners; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services: 11:00am Saturday, November 27, 2004 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners. Calling hours are 7-9pm Friday, November 26, 2004 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
