Laurence J. Ingenthron, 92, formerly of 407 Scotland, died Monday March 14, 1988 at a Topeka hospital.
Mr. Ingenthron was a clerk and manager of Fritton's Grocery before he retired in 1965.
He was born March 25, 1895 at Lawrence, the son of Joseph & Kathryn Weisner Ingenthron.
He spent most of his life in Topeka. Mr. Ingenthron was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
His wives, Mrs. Mary Stramel Ingenthron and Mrs. Mary Hurst Ingenthron, both preceded him in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Laurine Desch, Topeka; two sons, Harold Ingenthron, Topeka, and Raymond Ingenthron, Long Beach, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Brennan Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Ingenthron will lie in state from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
