Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday at Calvario Funeral Chapel. Burial: Bourland Cemetery, Keller. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Billie was a graduate of Keller High School. She retired from Safeway Grocery Stores. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Rutledge, and her daughter, Barbara Ann.
Survivors: Son, Bill Goodale; grandchildren, Brandon, Bryan and Brett Goodale; great-grandson, Cole Austin Goodale; brothers, Lloyd and Joe M. Blevins; and stepdaughter, Portia Rutledge.
