Anne Rhines, 72, died at 1:55 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 1997 at her home in Perry.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Brown Funeral home. Rev. Jim McCool will officiate. Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery.
Memorials have been established to benefit Judith Karman Hospice or Perry Senior Citizens. Contributions can be made in car of Brown Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rhines was born in Depew, OK on Feb. 8, 1925 and was the daughter of Frank and Sara Lou (Peterson) Randleas. She attended school at Depew and Drumright.
She and Clyde Rhines were married on Oct. 26, 1950, at Perry. Rhines preceded his wife in death in 1986. Mrs. Rhines served as assistant director of Perry Senior Citizens center from 1980-1997.
Among the survivors are three sons, Kenneth Neal Criswell, and Rocky Allen Rhines, both of Perry, and Jerry Don Criswell, Kansas City, KS; three daughters, Susanne Rhines Schovanec, Clydene Rhines Williams and Charlotte Sue Rhines Jacobs all of Perry; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one sister, Minnie Ann DeRose, Topeka, KS.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
