Peggy Cochran Robinson, 93, of Mint Hill, North Carolina went to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
She was born on September 7, 1929, to Brice and Sally Cochran.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, WC Robinson; her son, Jerry "Dean" Pressley; her step-daughter, Claudette Taylor; her step-grandson, Brian Taylor; her step-granddaughter, Leslie Taylor; her sisters, Doris Kirby and Eunice Helms; and her brothers, BJ Cochran, Morris "Fuzz" Cochran, and Jim Cochran.
Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Alan Pressley, and Stacey Pressley; her grandsons, Michael Pressley (Heather), Christopher Pressley, Bobby Pressley, and David Pressley (Jackie); her granddaughter, Amanda Chafin (Jerry) who she raised as her own; her step-grandson, Rob Taylor (Kendall); her great-grandchildren, Sydney Apple (Everett), Avery Pressley, Cody Pressley, Ava Mullis, Justice Borja, Davis Pressley, Easton Pressley, Londyn Pressley, Zack Chafin, JT Chafin, and Dixie Chafin; her step-great-grandchildren, Alex Taylor and Anna Taylor; her sisters, Martha Jo Warriax (Mike), Phyllis Crump (John), and Brenda Mullis (Cliff); and many other loving extended family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, June 2, 2023, at McEwen Funeral Service, Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC. A visitation will be held prior from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road, Mint Hill, NC.
