Mrs. Rosa E. Miller Of Glen Rock RD Dies
Glen Rock – Mrs. Rosa Ellen Miller, 80, widow of Pius R. Miller, died yesterday at 2:20 p.m. at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harry J. Gray, Glen Rock RD 1.
Mrs. Miller suffered a heart attack Thursday. She had been under the care of a physician. She was a member of the Reformed congregation of St. Jacob’s (Stone) Church, near Glenville, and of Yosemite Council 287 Degree of Pocahontas, Glen Rock.
Also surviving are two other children, Mrs. Howard Strausbaugh and Walter A. Miller, both of Glen Rock RD 1; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and a brother and three sisters, John L. H. Miller, Mrs. Jennie Sterner, Mrs. Lillie Meckley and Mrs. Cora Gobrecht, all of Hanover.
Rev. George A. Heisey, Jefferson Reformed charge pastor, will officiate at the funeral Monday at 2 p.m. at Geiple Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Jacob’s Church Cemetery.
