Walter A. Miller, 68, Succumbs Near Sticks

Sticks – Walter A. Miller, 68, husband of Mrs. Ada I. Rohrbaugh Miller, died yesterday at 4 p.m. at his home, Glen Rock RD 1, near here.
A resident of this area for the past 35 years, Mr. Miller was a retired employee of the Pennsylvania Department of Highways. He belonged to the United Church of Christ congregation of St. Jacob’s (Stone) Union Church and Sunday school. He held membership in the Lineboro Fire company.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are four children, Clyde L. Miller, York RD 6; Lavern D. Miller, Glen Rock RD 1; Delano G. Miller, Tigard, Oregon; Mrs. Charles D. Sullivan, Jr., Hanover; five grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Ida Strausbaugh, Glen Rock RD 2, and Mrs. Harry J. Gray, Glen Rock RD 1.
His pastor, Rev. George A. Heisey, will officiate at funeral services on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. Interment will be in St. Jacob’s (Stone) Church Cemetery.
