Mrs. Robben, of Walker, Kansas, along with her husband, owned and operated Robben Insurance and Accounting, Victoria. She was born in Vincent of Ellis County, but the town no long exits.

Theresa Robben, 70, Walker, died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004, in Topeka. She was born Oct. 24, 1934, in Vincent to Joseph and Mary A. (Baier) Rajewski.

She married Norbert F. Robben on Aug. 22, 1953, in Vincent.

She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and Christian Mothers, both of Walker, and Victoria Daughters of Isabella and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She was a past president of the VFW Auxiliary. She and her husband owned and operated Robben Insurance and Accounting in Victoria from 1956 to 1991. She hosted eight foreign exchange students for Victoria High School.

Survivors include her husband, Norbert F. Robben, of the home; five sons, Michael Robben and wife Sandra, James Robben and wife Crystal, Joseph Robben and wife Gail, all of Victoria, Daniel Robben and wife Cindy, Hays, and John Robben and wife Karen, Meriden; two daughters, Marijo Isbell and husband Terry, Suwanee, Ga., and Susan Karlin and husband John, Catherine; two brothers, Gilbert Rajewski, New Iberia, La., and James Rajewski, Vincent; three sisters, Doris Wellbrock, New Iberia, Mary Catherine Nowak, Edmound, Okla, and Rita Gibson, Longmont, Colo.; mother-in-law, Josie Robben, Victoria.

17 grandchildren, Jesse and Brenda Robben, David and Melissa Robben, Jennifer Robben, Travis Isbell, Jason Robben, Kristen Robben, Andrea Robben, Danielle Robben, Weston Robben, Brandy Robben, Tiffany Robben, Kelsey Robben, Quincy Robben, Steven Hotaling, Jacob Karlin, Jordan Karlin, Kendra Karlin; and great-grandson, Dylan Robben.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria; burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Walker. A vigil service is at 7:30 p.m. Thursday followed by rosaries for St. Ann Christian Mothers, VFW Auxiliary and Daughters of Isabella, all at Cline's Mortuary, Victoria. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, from 1 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Friday at the mortuary.

Memorials are suggested to Midland Hospice, Topeka, or Masses.
