MIDDLETOWN - Herman Koster, of R.R. Greenview, died at 7:15 a.m. Friday at St. John's hospital. He was 75 years old.
He was born in Logan county, Oct. 17, 1885.
He leaves his wife, Edythe; two sons, Paul, of Springfield; and Harold, of Peoria; and two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Stone and Mrs. Laura Boyer, both of Middletown; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The body was at the Mott and Son funeral home in Athens.
Funeral services were held at the Irish Grove Presbyterian church with burial in Irish Grove Cemetery.
