Elizabeth married Jacob Jackson, the son of Samuel Jackson and Margaret Drollinger, former residents of New Jersey who had moved to Allegany County, Maryland after the Revolutionary War. Elizabeth and Jacob were married in Allegany County, Maryland November 1, 1804. Soon after marriage they moved to what is now Perry County, Ohio to farm and raise their family. Elizabeth's parents also moved to Perry County. Elizabeth and Jacob had eleven children: Margaret (Jackson) Miller, Samuel Jackson, Sarah Jackson (d.y.), Elizabeth (Jackson) Ricketts, Sophia (Jackson) Frazee, Joseph Jackson, Mary (Jackson) Frazee, Israel Jackson, Sarah Ann (Jackson) Swiers, Rachel Jackson (d.y.) and John Fletcher Jackson.
In 1841 Elizabeth and Jacob, with their married daughters and families, moved to Van Buren County, Iowa. The following year Elizabeth and Jacob died within a few days of each other and were buried in Valentine Cemetery in Van Buren County.
