LEMASTERS - Mary Elizabeth Yeager, 97, a resident of Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Chambersburg, and formerly of Lemar Road died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2003, at Falling Spring.
Born May 15, 1906, in Welsh Run, she was a daughter of the late Albert E. and Emma K. Niswander Angle.
Mrs. Yeager was a member of Calvary Bible Church, Greencastle.
Her husband, Paul E. Yeager, died on Nov. 4, 1979.
Formerly employed by the former James Buchanan School District in Mercersburg, she had also worked for H.J. Heinz Co. and J. Schoeneman Inc., both of Chambersburg.
She enjoyed needlework and cooking.
Surviving are a daughter, Jean L. Whaley of Ormond Beach, Fla. a son, Robert M. of State Line five grandchildren nine great-grandchildren a great-great-grandson and two brothers, Lester Angle of Welsh Run and Elmo (husband of Eilene) Angle of Waynesboro.
She was also preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Lininger-Fries Funeral Home Inc., Mercersburg. The Rev. Glen A. Miller will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, St. Thomas.
