William Beardsley Carter, 64 years old, of Kreole, Miss., died at Mobile from injuries received at Kreole.
Carter was run down on a highway while on his way to work.

Mr. CARTER is a native of South Mississippi, but returned to Jackson County last spring from Colorado and Texas where he has been located for the past eight years. He say's that many changes have been made generally in this part of the State since he left it.
