Mary Ruth, 80, of Spencer, OK, passed away August 29, 2005 at her home. She was born March 4, 1925 in Billings, OK to Chester and Ella Mae (McIntyre) Waggoner. Mary married Commodore W. Fulmer December 9, 1943 in Enid, OK. She was a homemaker who loved to cook, sew, quilt, and gardening. Above all she loved being with family. She was preceded in death by her husband: Commodore (Jack); her parents; an infant son, her sister: Bobbye LaRochelle, and a brother: Charles Waggoner. She is survived by her daughters: Carolyn Kay Akin and husband, Frank of Kingston, OK and Penny Herbold and husband, John of Jacksonville, AR; and one son: William Fulmer and wife, Melodie of Oklahoma City, OK; six grandchildren: Frank and Connie Akin of Hugo, OK, Cheryl Akin of Irving, TX, John and Kim Herbold of Mabelvale, AR, Jason and Micki Herbold of Sherwood, AR, Alyson and Jim Farrow of Oklahoma City and Jennifer Fulmer of Oklahoma City; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister: Donane Bellmon and four brothers: Max, Wilfred, Richard, James Waggoner. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 1, 2005 at Arlington Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Oklahoma County.
