MRS. ANNETTE CRAWFORD ELVINGTON
FAIR BLUFF - Funeral services for Mrs. Annette Crawford Elvington, 55, who died early Monday at the home of her mother in Chadbourn after several months' illness, are being held today at 4 p.m. at Meares Funeral chapel conducted by the Rev. J. H. Parrish. Burial will follow in Powell Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Brice Elvington, Sr.; two sons, Brice Elvington, Jr., and Max C. Elvington of Chadbourn; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth E. Fraser of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mrs. Eva Gray Anderson of Charlotte; her mother, Mrs. Ruth (Raymond) Crawford of Chadbourn; a brother, Elmer Crawford of Chadbourn; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Z. [A.] Soles of Tabor City; and six grandchildren.

She was a member of Fair Bluff Methodist Church and the Rosa Tucker Circle, W.S.C.S., and was a native of Chadbourn but spent her married life in Fair Bluff.

Pallbearers are Aubrey Williams, Bobby Waddell, Poe Barnes, J. G. McNeill, James R. Rabon and Jimmy Scott.
