Husband of Lena Winkler Beer (1874-29 Nov. 1950). Died at his home, 311 Wood St., Mansfield, Ohio. Buried in same lot is a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Beer (1913-1919). Roy Beer (1916-2005), the son of Charles, is buried next to his parents. In this same lot are also buried Samuel S. Beer (1875-1936) the brother of Charles B. with his wife, Elsie, and several other family members. Obituaries in the Mansfield News-Journal of 7 and 8 Jan. 1960 states he was retired from Ohio Brass and was survived by a son, Roy P. Beer; sisters Mrs. Ella Porch and Mrs. John H. Miller, all of Mansfield.
