" HARRY ALLISON MARTZ
Harry Allison Martz, 69, of Butler, R.D.1, died at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday in his home following an illness of three weeks. He was born November 5, 1878 in Richland township, the son of the late Rev. Samuel and Sarah Martz. He had resided at Rockland until three years ago. Mr. Martz was employed in the oil fields throughout this district his entire life. He was a member of the Holy Saints of White Hall at Emlenton. Besides his widow, Mrs. Viva S. Martz, Mr. Martz is survived by the following children: Arthur Martz of Washington, D.C.; Andrew Martz of Cranberry; Harry Martz of Van; Mrs. Joseph Hetzler of Emlenton, R.D.1; Mrs. William McKissick of Butler, R.D.1; Mrs. Glenn Dunkle of Butler, R.D.1; and Miss Ruth Martz of Butler. Also surviving are one sister, Mrs. Charles Findlay of Kennerdell, R.D.1, and one brother, L.S. Martz of Knox. Sixteen grandchildren and one [great] grandchild also survive. The body has been removed to the Criswell funeral home at Emlenton. Funeral arrangements have not been completed."

Martz and the following children: Arthur, Andrew, Harry Martz, Mrs. Joseph Hetzler, Mrs. William McKissick, Mrs. Glenn Dunkle and Miss Ruth Martz. The body has been removed to the Criswell funeral home where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday with Rev. Albert Morris of the Van Methodist church, assisted by Rev. John Alden, officiating. Interment will be in the Old Zion cemetery."
