Mrs. Almeda Sweetser, widow of James Sweetser, died at 7 PM Friday evening at her home, 46 Franklin Street, Saco. Mrs. Sweetser had been quite feeble for a number of years. She was 83 years old the 16th of last September. She was a kind woman and her many relatives and friends feel sorry that they had to lose such a loving advisor and good-natured companion.
She leaves three sons, William, of this city, Arthur W. and Aaron R. Sweetser of Saco; a brother, George W. Nason, of Haverhill, MA, and a sister, Mrs. Martha S. Perry. She also leaves six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are to be held at her late home at 2 PM Monday afternoon.
