She was preceded in death by her husband, James Kluzak, on February 9, 1969; two daughters: Helen Kruta and Rose Kaml; one son; Henry Kluzak; four brothers: John Kopecky, Joseph Kopecky, Frank W. Kopecky, and Anton Kopesky; and six sisters: Mary Lethcoe, Anna Kopecky, Emma Novak, Frances Waletzko, Agnes Kopecky and Mathilda Kluzak. Rose is survived by her daughter, Irene (Mrs Wilfred) Taus of Strathcona; a son, Thomas Kluzak, and a brother, Albert Kopecky, both of Angus. There are 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
She has been a member of the W.F.L.A. #218 since 1929. Burial will be at the Czech National Cemetery in the spring.
Services were held on Monday, December 28, 1987 at the Stennes Funeral Chapel of East Grand Forks, MN, with Revered Robert Bergland officiating.
Pallbearers were James Taus, Gary Kluzak, Richard Kruta, Harlan Kaml, John Kruta, Myron Kaml and Ted Kruta.
