OBITUARY: Hilda Thorson STANWOOD --- Hilda Thorson, 60 of Stanwood, died Tuesday, Oct. 2 1923. She belonged to the Citizens Band Radio Club of Morley Surviving are her husband, Henry, four sons, Henry Jr. of Stanwood, Charles of Stanwood, George, of Reed City , and David Lewis, at home; two daughters, Dixie Haug, Big Rapids, and Rosie Mary, Washington; four brothers, P.T. Barnum, Stanwood; Donald Barnum, Morley, Leo Barnum, Baldwin, and Laurence Barnum, Illinois; three sisters Lucille and Gloria of Grand Rapids, and Marjorie, of Florida, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct 27 at Crittenden-Hansen Funeral Home in Remus. Officiating will be Rev. Ronald Lucas of the First Baptist Church in Reed City.
