Mrs Harry M Baxter
Mrs Addie Godfrey Baxter 68 widow of Harry Morgan Baxter died Thursday in a Charleston Hospital.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Mayer Funeral Home of Georgetown.
Mrs Baxter was born in Holly Hill May 17 1905 a daughter of the late Maxcy Gregg and Mrs Pearl Stamper Godfrey. She lived in Georgetown for many years where she was a member of Duncan Memorial Methodist Church. She lived in Charleston for the past 10 years and was active in Senior Citizens work.
Surviving are three sons Harry Morgan Baxter Jr of Decatur Ga, Paschal Harvey Baxter of Deatsville Ala and Maxcy Godfrey Baxter of Isle of Palms one daughter Mrs Anne B Hudson of San Mateo Calif one sister Mrs Virginia Nimitiz of Charleston seven grandchildren.
