Mary was born in Tulsa, OK; the oldest child of James & Mildred (Miller) Jones. Her parents went on to have 8 more children - losing one to Hydrocephalus when he was only 4 mo's old.
Mary & her sibs grew up in first a 2 then eventually a 3 bedroom house that one continues to live in today. They went to Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic School 'til high school then they went to Will Rogers HS - both in Tulsa, OK.
While raising first one & then two sons alone Mary worked for attorneys as a legal secretary. Except for the few short months she spent as a secretary for a cookie company...she worked for attorneys all her adult life.
With her 2nd husband & 2 more kids the family moved to MN. With her 3rd husband the family moved first to TX then back home to OK. She enjoyed reading, trips to Vegas, cruises, friends, holidays & her grandchildren.
During our last Christmas Eve together her family realized she was sick. By 1/24/04, at the age of only 62, she was gone from lung cancer.
