Gloucester - James E. Griffin, 65, a retired longshoreman, died Tuesday at his residence at Ware Neck.
He was a member of Union Zion Baptist Church, Ware Neck.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Clara B. Griffin; a daughter, Mrs. Josephine G. Banks; his mother, Mrs. Sally W. Griffin, all of Ware Neck; five sisters; seven brothers; and a grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Union Zion Baptist Church by the Rev. W. E. Upshur. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Howard Funeral Home, Ark, is in charge.
