MRS. JESSIE BLAIR

Mrs. Jessie Blair, 85, Strafford, died at 1:40 a.m. today in Burge-Protestant Hospital after a year-long illness. She was a lifelong resident of the Strafford community.

Surviving are her husband, Jesse, two daughters, Mrs. Margie Allen and Mrs. Mildred Yarbrough, both of Strafford; a son, Delmer, San Leandro, Calif.; a brother, C. C. Sutherlin, Los Angeles, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Sophia Bodenhammer, South Gate, Calif.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Verline LaGrande, Springfield, and Mrs. Martha Mae Costello, Santa Ana, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and six step-grandchildren.

Klingner is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Funeral services for Mrs. Josie C. Blair, 85, Strafford, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Bass Chapel Church, with the Rev. Lester Rogers officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Klingner.

Mrs. Blair, a lifelong resident of Strafford, died Tuesday after a one-year illness.
