Mrs. R.R. Slater Dies
Widow of Capital Stock Broker Will Be Interred Monday
Mrs. Rosann Rouzer Slater, widow of Theodore Scott Slater, died yesterday afternoon at the residence, 737 Allison Street Northwest, after an illness of three years.
Born near Thurmont, Maryland, Mrs. Slater came to Washington 50 years ago and had lived here ever since. Mr. Slater up to the time of his death 25 years ago was a prominent stock broker in Washington. Mrs. Slater is survived by a daughter, Miss Evelyn R. Slater with whom she lived and a son, C. Arthur Slater; also by two sisters, Miss Isabel Rouzer and Miss Gertrude Rouzer and three grandchildren all of Washington.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon from the residence on Allison Street. Interment will be private in Rock Creek Cemetery.
