On Sept. 5, 1797, Michael Baltzell of Frederick Co., Maryland sold to Adam Huber of Washington, Co., Maryland, "all that part of a Lott, or portion of ground lying and being in Frederick Town, in Frederick Co, and state aforesaid, being one fourth part of tht part.... of ground, known... by number one hundred and twenty five in the General plot of said town...on the north side of third street.... Barbara, wife of Michael Baltzell relinquished her right of dower in said lot.
