Mrs. Anna Nissley, 80, village of Kinderhook, Columbia R1, died at 9 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Hospital after an illness of several weeks. She was the widow of Raymond Nissley. A member of Kinderhook Evangelical and Congregational Church, she belonged to Lancaster Chapter 54 of Gold Star Mothers and the Ladies Auxiliary of the AmVets Post 153. Mrs. Nissley was also a member of Columbia Senior Citizens. She is survived by two daughters and a son: Elizabeth, wife of Irvin Witmer, Columbia R2; Clara, wife of Ivan Siegrist, Columbia R1, 13 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters: Mrs. Maggie Birk, Columbia, and Florence, wife of Charles Birk, Columbia. (Lancaster New Era - Sep 30, 1974)
