Surviving are two sons, Clayton Bill of St Marys and Carl Woody of Centerburg, Ohio; one daughter- Donna Greathouse, Spencer, WV.

Sons- Earnest R Pinkerton Jr.(deceased), Delbert E. Pinkerton (deceased), Charles W. Pinkerton (deceased) two daughters, Ruth Schmidt of Aurora, O.(deceased),and Ernestine Williams of Pomeroy, O.(deceased);

45 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
