Claude Thomas Cantrell, 73, of Oil Springs, died Saturday. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of the Paintsville Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Johnson County Memorial Cemetery in Staffordsville. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday and at 9 a.m. Monday and Tuesday at the funeral home.

Funeral services were held Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. at the Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel for Claude Thomas Cantrell, 73, of Oil Springs, who passed away Oct. 24 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center, Paintsville.
He was born April 29, 1936, in Johnson County, son of the late Bryan and Rouie Blanton Cantrell. He is survived by his companion Mary Margaret Baldwin Cantrell; one brother, Donald Ray Cantrell, Oil Springs; four sisters, Cheryl Collinsworth, Salyersville, Lula Bell Conley and Loretta Russell, both of Oil Springs, and Flossie Wheeler, Blaine; and one grandson.
Services were conducted by Revs. Roger Hill and Chris Baldwin, with burial in the Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville.
Arrangements under the direction of Paintsville Funeral Home, Paintsville.
