Mrs. Goodwin, 74, Pioneer Here, Is Called by Death. Mrs. Petra Goodwin, widow of Dr. F. H. Goodwin, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C.B. Perkins, at 80 East Third street. She was 74 years old. Mrs. Goodwin came to Tucson when she was 16 years old. Dr. Goodwin was one of the first regents of the University of Arizona, and was at one time sheriff of Yuma county. She is survived by two daughters and two sons - Mrs. C.B. Perkins, Mrs. Henry Meyer, Charles Goodwin and Alexander *may be Leandro* Goodwin. The funeral services will be held at the home of Mrs. Meyer, 115 East Fifteenth street, at 9:30 o'clock tomorrow morning and in the cathedral at a later hour. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
