MARGARET ANN BENNINGFIELD FORD, 64, Boldrick Ave., Lebanon, died Jan. 9, 2006, at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville. Born in Marion County March 21, 1941, Benningfield was a housewife. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Sam and Rhoda Benningfield; six brothers, James, Gabriel, Robert, Earl, Gowdy and Emmitt Benningfield. Survivors include: her husband, Robert Ford of Lebanon; two sons, Glenn and Michael Ford, both of Lebanon; four daughters, Lisa and Mary Ford and Joyce Morris and Gayle Guthrie, all of Lebanon; two sisters, Ethel Mattingly of Lexington and Norma Smothers of Danville; and nine grandchildren. Funeral services were held Jan. 11 at 1 p.m. at Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Haysville Cemetery, Gravel Switch. Bro. Jerry Lanham officiated. Pallbearers were Joyce Morris, Gayle Guthrie, Lisa, Michael, Glenn and Mary Ford and Scott and Todd Smith. Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
