Alberta Booher Dies at Age of 85
Mrs. Alberta Booher, 85, of 2347 Wellington Pl., Apartment 6, died Wednesday at her home.
She was born Dec. 1, 1874, in Macon County, Mo. She came to Wichita from Clements, Kan., in 1913. She was a member of Wellington Place Baptist Church.
Her husband, Orville, who was employed by Cudahy Packing Co. until his retirement, died in 1946.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Downing Mortuary. The Rev. Dr. Vernon M. Reffner, pastor of Wellington Place Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Wichita Park Cemetery.
