He was born in Willoughby, a son of the late Ezra R. and Maria Spanner Beebe, and had lived here all his life. Until retiring recently, he had been employed in the Cleveland Equipment Division of General Electric Co.
He served in the Army during World War I. Mr. Beebe was a member of Willoughby Lodge 302, F & AM, Willoughby Chapter 231 RAM, a 32nd degree Mason and member of the Lake Erie Consistory.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline; a son, Charles R., of Parma; a sister, Mrs. Albert L. Wilson of Willoughby, and one grandson.
