HENDERSONVILLE - Alice McTeer Drew, 85, died Tuesday in a Colleton County hospital. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Salem United Methodist Church. Burial, directed by Fred Parker Funeral Home of Walterboro, will be in Stokes Cemetery.
Mrs. Drew was born in Colleton County, a daughter of Samuel E. McTeer and Edith Sanders McTeer. She was a graduate of Hendersonville High School and a member of Salem United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Thomas E. Drew Jr.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas E. Drew III of Awendaw and Samuel E. Drew of Humble, Texas; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
