Lottie Clara Schweigart, 85, of Westminster, died Tuesday, July 30, 1991, after a brief illness. Born Feb. 6, 1906, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of the late Henry R. and Clara Lippy Mathias. She was the wife of the late John Lesley Schweigart who died in November 1988. She was a member of Carroll County General Hospital Ladies Auxiliary, St. Benjamins (Kriders) Lutheran Church and of the Kriders Lutheran Church Women. Surviving are a foster daughter, Linda L. Rill of Westminster; two sisters, Beulah Bell of Westminster and Bertha Brown of Hanover, and one foster granddaughter. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Pritts Funeral Home Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, with her pastor, the Rev. Ronald Reaves, officiating. Burial will be in Kriders Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll County General Hospital OBGYN Equipment Fund, Memorial Westminster, MD 21157.
