JOHN H. WAITE
John H. Waite, a life-long resident of Snyder township, died at his home at Thomastown yesterday morning at 4:15 o'clock following a short illness.
Mr. Waite was a son of David and Mary (Eakens) Waite and was born at Grazierville on February 7, 1865. He was never married.
He is survived by one brother, James W. Waite, of Grazierville, and three sisters, Mrs. Nancy Shelow, of Windber; Mrs. Edward McFarland, of Turtle Creek, and Miss Lulu Waite, at home.
Mr. Waite worked for many years on the main line of the Pennsylvania Railroad company, and in 1920 went to work at the Grazierville brickyard.
