ADA - Mrs. Naomi Pierce, 86, of Rt. 2, Ada, died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Upper Sandusky Memorial Hospital. She had been ill one month.
Born Feb. 28, 1879, in Hardin County, Mrs. Pierce was the daughter of Tobias and Melissa (Fisher) Long. She was married to William S. Pierce Dec. 7, 1910, and he died in 1933.
One of 24 children, Mrs. Pierce is survived by a brother, Charles Long, and a sister, Ella Klingler, both of Rt. 2, Ada. A son and a daughter preceded her in death.
Mrs. Pierce was a member of St. Paul's Reformed church where funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Charles G. Link officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hanson Funeral Home, Ada, after 3 p.m. Monday.
