She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Blankenship;and a son, Michael Blankenship.
Survivors include a brother, Harry Vanhoose of Thealka; and two sisters, Christine Vanhoose of Thealka and Betty Jeffrey of St. Albans, W.Va.
Funeral services were Saturday, Dec. 6, at Thealka Free Will Baptist Church with Willard Vanhoose officiating.
Burial was in Topsy Ratliff Cemetery, Denver, under directionof Jones- Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
