Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, with Pastor Clifford Beck officiating. Burial will be at the Prairie Twp. Cemetery, Holmesville.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Community Dialysis Units LLC, 4685 Fulton Drive NW, Canton, 44718-2379 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
She was born Sept. 16, 1934 in Holmesville, and was the daughter of William Sr. and Lola Marie (Wilson) Kiser. On Jan. 17, 1953 she married Kenneth Whitmyer and he survives.
She retired from Address-o-graph Multigraph of Holmesville. She very much enjoyed visiting with friends and family, especially grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loved flower gardening and feeding her hummingbirds.
Surviving in addition to her husband are six children and their spouses, Jim Whitmyer of Greer, Fred Whitmyer of Wooster, Greg and Janet (Gliem) Whitmyer of Apple Creek, Christine and Tim Pittman of Orrville, Patty Whitmyer of Wooster and Jacqueline and Alan Detweiler of Fredericksburg; 10 grandchildren Brian, Shannon, Cortney, Shane, Tracey, Ryan, Tayler, Erin, Jeremy, and Jenna; seven great-grandchildren, Madeline, Blake, Quyrie, Quon, Riley, Bradon, and Hunter; and three brothers, Henry Kiser of Rittman, Paul Kiser of Troy and Dean Kiser of Apple Creek.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, William Kiser Jr. and Wayne Kiser and two sisters, Katherine Bartrum and Mary Faye Fixler.
