YORK, ALBERT age 78 of Clinton, TN, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007 at his daughters residence in Strawberry Plains, TN.
Albert was a great man and father.
He was a war veteran who served in the Korean War, and of the Baptist faith.
Albert is very much loved and will be deeply missed. he was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Belvie York.
Survivors wife, Betty York of Clinton, TN; 7 children, Roger and Connie York of Clinton, TN, Brenda and Harold Henagar of Strawberry Plains, TN, Debbie and Lee Presley of Knoxville, TN, Albert York and Wanda Presley of Knoxville, TN, Barbra York of Myrtle Beach, SC, Joann and Charles Bondy of Clinton, TN, Charlie and Dorothy York of Clinton, TN; 17 grandchildren; 3 great grand children and a host of other relatives and friends.
Albert's family will receive his friends on Monday, July 9, 2007 from 6-8 pm at Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 10 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary, the Rev. Steve Sitton officiating, with the interment following at the Bethel Cemetery in Clinton, TN.
Full Military Honors at graveside will be presented by The Campbell County Honor Guard.
Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
