TANDY MORRIS "POP" WALLACE, 86, of Seffner died Sunday. He had lived in Tampa for 83 years and was a native of Amherst County, Va. He retired after working 44 years as an inspector with Havatampa Inc. and was a member of the East Chelsea Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mildred W. Rose; two sons, T. Marvin of Brandon and Robert M. of Tampa; two half brothers, John R. of Fort Defiance, Va, and Ward M. of Daytona Beach; six grandchildren; and 16 greatgrandchildren.

Grandson of John Marshall McCrory Wallace and Margaret Belvadair Hensley and of Tandy B. and Mary Jane Brockman.
Born in the Little Calf Pastures area of Augusta County, Virginia, his parents moved to Florida when the children were very young; as an adult, Tandy went to work in the Cigar Factory and went on to become an Inspector in the factory.
