WALLACE, Tandy "Marvin", 82 of Tampa passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2001. He is survived by his sister, Mildred Ryan; his nephews; his nieces. Mr. Wallace was a graduate of Hillsborough High School. He served in the Army during World War II and retired after more than 30 years at Hav-A-Tampa Cigar Factory.
