George was the ninth of eleven children born to Edward James Willman and Margaret Hambrick. He was scalded and burned in an accident and died of his injuries. He was 3 years old (If I remember correctly my grandmother, Marion Willman Eschman Cox, told me that George pulled a pot of boiling water off of the stove onto himself).

There appears to be an error on George's headstone as it is engraved 1910 but his death record in the city registry is for the year 1909. he also does not appear on the 1910 Census with his family that April.
