Catherine A. Johnson, 50, of 203 S. Pearl died at 6:47 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5, 1993, at Cottage Hospital.
Born Oct. 15, 1943, in Milwaukee to Alveria A. Sobolick, she married Dale E. Johnson on Oct. 29, 1979, in Galesburg. He survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Robert A. Pemberton and Patrick E. Pemberton, both of Galesburg, and Joe A. Colwell of Lexington, S.C.; four daughters, Marla A. Pemberton, Tammy A. Pemberton and Brandy M. Johnson, all of Galesburg, and Ruth Ann Johnson of Silver Springs, Fla.; two brothers, Frederick J. Shelby and Patrick M. Shelby, both of Peoria; one sister, Viola M. Nelson of Ankeny, Iowa; and three grandchildren. Her mother preceded her in death.
Services will be at noon Wednesday at Watson Funeral Home. The Rev. Ernest E. Pizzamiglio will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
