Mrs. Jordan died Sunday Nov. 4 at Mineral Area Osteopathic Hospital Osteopathic Hospital in Farmington at the age of 59.
Pallbearers were Tom Francis, Ron Francis, Robert Francis, Billy Francis, Jess Francis and Ray Matthews.
Mrs. Jordan was born Feb. 26, 1920 in Fredericktown to Billy and Millie Francis. Mrs. Jordan's father preceded her in death.
She married George Jordan in 1938 in Madison County. He survives.
Besides her mother and husband, who both reside in Fredericktown, other survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Warren and Debra Jordan, both of Fredericktown; a son, Donald Jordan of Fredericktown, six brothers, Charley Francis and Elijah Francis, both of Fredericktown, Robert Francis and Lloyd Francis, both of Viburnum, and Henry Francis of Valles Mines, three sisters, Ruby Matthews of Fredericktown, Lillie Pulliam of Farmington and Ollie Walker of DeSoto, seven grandchildren, and several uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
Preceding Mrs. Jordan in death was her father; a son, Gerald Jordan, a daughter, Betty Jordan, and two brothers, Chester Francis, and Clarence Francis.
Mrs. Jordan was a member of the Central Community Baptist Church.
