George Henry Scott died November 8, 1935 in Fort Bragg. Born January 5, 1868 in Sangamon County, Illinois, he came to California and ran a store at Cleone before working at Union Lumber Company. His wife Etta Johnson Scott and son Chester A. Scott were dead. Sons Saxon B. Scott and Ben C. Scott and daughter Mrs. Ned Ball, survived.
