UNION STAR, Mo. — Mable Hutchcraft, 81, Union Star, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010, at the St. Joseph hospital.
She was born August 1, 1929, in Kansas, the daughter of Albert and Maude (Orfield) Smith. On June 29, 1948, she married Clyde Hutchcraft. He survives of the home.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Union Star.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Joyce (Max) Bottorff, Stanberry, Mo.; a son, Ernest (Joyce Ann) Hutchcraft, Union Star; a sister, Helen Munn, Waverly, Neb.; a half-brother, Bill Fox, state of Texas; four grandchildren, Brad Hutchcraft, Kansas City, Mo., Scott (Beth) Hutchcraft, Union Star, Eric (Deanna) Bottorff, Stanberry, and Crystal (Michael) McDonald, Fort Walton, Fla.; two great-grandchildren, Bryson Hutchcraft, Union Star, and Jocelyn Bottorff, Stanberry.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Don Smith; sister, Etta Mae Hutchcraft; and granddaughter, Mindy Bottorff.
Graveside services and burial will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 27, at the Union Star Cemetery, under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, King City, Mo. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Monday at Roberson Funeral Home, King City.
