Ollie Mae Bowman, 78, of Linn Creek, Missouri passed away Sunday, June 15, 2008 at her residence.

She was born September 29, 1929 in Decaturville, Missouri, a daughter to Lyman Douglas and Dora Mae (Breedlove) Webb.

She was united in marriage to Dale Bowman who preceded her in death.

Ollie had resided in the state of California for 30 years before returning to her native Missouri. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed traveling across the country to visit relatives. Ollie was a kind and generous person who was always ready to help anyone who needed it. She was loved by her family and friends and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by four sons, two daughters, two sisters, and seventeen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, nine nieces, eight nephews and several other relatives and numerous friends.

Ollie was preceded in death by her husband Dale Bowman; her parents; one son, John Monroe Scott; one daughter, Janice Kay Scott; one brother, Sigel Webb; and one sister, Betty Jane Wheeler.
