George Hein, 70, Janesville, a former resident here, died Monday, Mar. 31, 1969 in a Janesville hospital. Mr. Hein operated the Center Grill at Janesville before his retirement. Surviving in Madison are a daughter, Mrs. Betty Peterson, 602 Bunker Hill Lane; and a brother, Paul, 634 Galely Terrace. Other survivors include his wife, Clara; another daughter, Mrs. Robert Cone of Norfolk, VA,; another brother, Herbert, Edgerton; two sisters, Olive Hein and Mrs. Isabel Hoffman, both of Sun Prairie; and five grandchildren. The funeral will be at the Tuschen Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Thursday. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today. WSJ 4/2/1969
